Store Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in designing and implementing visually appealing and functional retail store layouts, specifically within the context of an industrial or B2B environment. You will be responsible for translating brand identity into engaging physical spaces that enhance customer experience and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and visual merchandising principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and practical store design concepts that align with JSW Steel's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations of store layouts.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering budget, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure designs meet functional and business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of store designs, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze existing store layouts to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest retail design trends, technologies, and materials relevant to the steel industry.
- Manage vendor relationships for sourcing materials and executing design elements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and accessibility regulations.
