Role Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Stores & Material Management professional with a B.Pharma background and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining optimal stock levels. This role is crucial for supporting the smooth operations of our broadcasting and media production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory records for all raw materials, consumables, and finished goods related to media production and broadcasting operations.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, including regular stock takes, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all materials, adhering to safety and quality standards, especially for any pharmaceutical-related supplies if applicable.
- Process purchase requisitions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate the issuance and dispatch of materials to various departments, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast future material needs and optimize stock levels, minimizing wastage and obsolescence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in material management.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Utilize inventory management software and other relevant tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
