We are seeking a motivated Technology Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will involve overseeing the development and lifecycle of innovative technology products within the pharmaceutical sector, bridging the gap between scientific insights and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams to define product strategy and roadmap for new technology-driven pharmaceutical solutions.

Translate M.Pharma domain knowledge into product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and market needs.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
