Tender Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in tender preparation, submission, and analysis within the IT services sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and responding to tender opportunities, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of commercial and financial aspects of bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government and private sector portals.
*   Analyze tender documents to understand scope, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
*   Prepare comprehensive tender proposals, including technical and commercial bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*   Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and approvals.
*   Ensure all tender submissions are made within the stipulated deadlines.
*   Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, their status, and outcomes.
*   Assist in the evaluation of tender documents and preparation of post-bid analysis.
*   Stay updated with procurement policies and regulations relevant to the IT services industry in India.
*   Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding tender processes.
