We are seeking a motivated Tool Room Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the tool room operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, procurement, and coordination with vendors. This role requires a blend of administrative, analytical, and operational skills to support our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the tool room, ensuring availability of necessary tools and equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools, machinery parts, and consumables, implementing effective stock control measures.
• Coordinate procurement of new tools, equipment, and spare parts, liaising with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain records of tool usage, maintenance schedules, and repair history.
• Analyze tool room performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the tool room.
• Liaise with project managers and site engineers to understand tool requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the tool room.
