Foreman / Technician (B.Com Required) - Ahmedabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Foreman / Technician with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting various administrative functions within our NBFC operations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage and train junior staff members on operational procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support the finance department with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational and financial activities.
