Transition Manager - Legal (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Transition Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our Chennai office. The Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the smooth transition of legal projects and processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of legal operations and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end transition process for new legal projects, clients, and internal initiatives.
- Develop and implement transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with legal teams, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transitions, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on transition status.
- Ensure all documentation and knowledge transfer processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all involved parties.
- Conduct post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and refinement of transition methodologies and best practices.
