Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Desk Coordinator to manage all travel arrangements for our employees at our Vishakhapatnam office. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient travel operations, supporting our dynamic team in the beverage industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book domestic and international flights, hotels, and ground transportation for employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and other service providers to secure competitive rates and services.
- Manage travel itineraries, ensuring all bookings are accurate and communicated clearly to travelers.
- Handle visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary travel documentation.
- Monitor travel policies and ensure compliance, providing guidance to employees on travel procedures.
- Manage travel expenses and process reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Maintain records of travel arrangements and expenses for reporting purposes.
- Assist in negotiating corporate travel contracts and agreements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize travel costs and improve efficiency.
