Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle, ensuring optimal stock levels, and minimizing discrepancies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all banking assets and supplies, including IT equipment, stationery, and other operational materials.
- Implement and manage inventory control procedures to prevent loss, damage, or obsolescence.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Generate regular inventory reports, analyzing stock levels, turnover rates, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient budget management.
- Develop and refine inventory management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
- Train and guide junior staff on inventory management best practices.
