The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design sensibility and legal acumen, enabling them to navigate the complexities of urban planning, environmental regulations, and project legalities. This role involves contributing to the strategic development and implementation of landscape projects for our corporate clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute landscape design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project budgets.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis related to land use, environmental regulations, zoning laws, and permits relevant to landscape architecture projects.
3. Review and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documentation pertaining to landscape projects, identifying potential risks and liabilities.
4. Collaborate with legal teams, urban planners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and mitigate legal challenges.
5. Prepare and present project proposals, design narratives, and legal summaries to clients and internal teams.
6. Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to design specifications, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
7. Stay updated on evolving landscape architecture trends, legal precedents, and environmental policies in India.
