You will play a crucial role in driving patient acquisition and ensuring a seamless experience for individuals seeking our medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and expand the patient base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Educate prospective patients about the hospital's services, treatment options, and medical expertise.
Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate medical services and packages.
Effectively handle inquiries, provide quotations, and guide patients through the admission process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare advancements.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
