Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urological consultations and treatments to employees.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate issues, and male infertility.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results (e.g., ultrasounds, biopsies).
- Develop and implement preventative urological health programs for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to manage healthcare benefits and budgets, utilizing M.Com knowledge for financial planning and analysis of healthcare costs.
