UX Design Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced UX Design Manager to lead our user experience initiatives. This role is crucial in shaping intuitive and engaging digital products that support our mission in water and waste management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX principles, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to manage a team of designers. This position requires a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces and user experiences for our digital platforms and applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Define and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies, especially those relevant to industrial applications.
- Ensure designs are accessible, user-friendly, and align with business objectives.
