Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UX Writer with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our growing team in Coimbatore. As a UX Writer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital products by crafting clear, concise, and engaging content. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our user interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly. This role is ideal for someone with 1-4 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the dynamic Indian telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user-centered copy for mobile apps, websites, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and voice.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user flows and interfaces.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language for end-users.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content strategy and improvements.
• Create and maintain content style guides and terminology databases.
• Work with product managers to define content requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Iterate on copy based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.
