This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of verification agents, providing guidance and support to ensure performance goals are met.

Develop and implement robust verification procedures and quality control measures.
