Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa / Immigration Consultant with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess 6 years of experience in managing corporate visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with Indian and international regulations. You will be instrumental in facilitating seamless international mobility for our employees, managing all aspects of visa applications, work permits, and residency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for corporate clients and employees, including work permits, business visas, and residency applications.
• Provide expert advice and consultation on visa regulations, immigration policies, and compliance requirements for various countries.
• Liaise with government authorities, embassies, consulates, and external immigration service providers to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Conduct thorough reviews of application forms and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration laws and policies globally and in India.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist employees with relocation logistics and pre-departure/post-arrival immigration support.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all immigration-related activities.
