Warehouse Executive (M.Sc Required) - Pune

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in supply chain and logistics within the interior design and furniture industry. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all inventory.

Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent loss.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to optimize stock levels and delivery schedules.

Prepare regular reports on inventory status, warehouse activities, and operational efficiency.

Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff as needed.
