Welder

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our construction team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant engineering discipline and 3-6 years of experience in structural welding and fabrication within the real estate and construction industry. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding operations (e.g., SMAW, GTAW, GMAW) on structural steel components for building construction projects.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Ensure all welding work meets industry standards and project specifications for quality and integrity.
- Conduct pre-weld inspections of materials and equipment.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of welding tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that may arise on-site.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
