Accounts Receivable Manager (M.Com Required) - Thane

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our accounts receivable operations and ensure timely collection of payments. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record in managing AR functions within the fast-paced beauty and personal care industry. This position is based in our Thane office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve cash flow.

Reconcile AR subsidiary ledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis.

Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances, taking appropriate action for overdue accounts.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.

Prepare regular AR aging reports and other relevant financial statements for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Supervise and mentor junior AR staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
