Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Officer with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will support the Investor Relations department in managing communication with shareholders, analysts, and the broader financial community. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, press releases, and investor presentations.
Support the organization of investor meetings, earnings calls, and roadshows.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market sentiment.
Maintain and update the investor relations database and website content.
Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Help in drafting and reviewing investor communications.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Communications) to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
Conduct research on potential investors and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team.
