Recruiting for Payroll Manager - Fitness & Wellness Team

We are seeking a diligent and organized Payroll Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing Fitness & Wellness team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and a strong understanding of payroll systems and Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations, including TDS, PF, ESI, and professional tax.

Manage employee data and maintain accurate payroll records.

Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

Liaise with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Prepare payroll reports for management.

Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
