We are seeking a motivated and analytical Performance Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and process improvement within a large-scale technology organization. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance management frameworks and processes for various business units.
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
Design and generate performance reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Support the performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance calibration.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of performance management systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all performance-related information.
