Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - C & B. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the Compensation & Benefits function within a fast-paced healthcare startup. You will support the design, implementation, and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection and analysis of compensation and benefits data from market surveys.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Help in preparing reports and presentations related to compensation structures and benefits utilization.
- Participate in the development of job descriptions and salary benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide support for payroll processing and reconciliation related to C&B components.
