Seeking Financial Analyst (3-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within our dynamic E-Learning/EdTech environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business trends.
- Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
