Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive with a B.Com degree to join our finance team in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration within a leading electrical equipment company. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and related statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Manage and maintain employee payroll records and personal information.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Support in ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, PT).
- Collaborate with HR and other departments for smooth payroll operations.
- Data entry and verification of employee attendance and leave data for payroll input.
- Support in any ad-hoc payroll-related tasks as assigned.
