Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as Head - Finance & Accounts. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with 1-2 years of foundational experience in accounting and finance, looking to grow within a leading IT services MNC. You will support the finance department in managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Learn and apply company financial systems and software.
