Aircraft / Flight Technician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Aircraft / Flight Technician with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of our corporate aircraft fleet, contributing to the seamless execution of business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation maintenance principles and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on corporate aircraft as per manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the management of aircraft parts inventory and procurement.
- Collaborate with flight crew and other stakeholders to ensure efficient aircraft operations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aviation technology and maintenance practices.
