Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide information about GIA services, and manage expectations.
- Prepare and review reports and documentation related to gemstone and diamond grading.
- Conduct preliminary assessments and gather data for senior gemologists and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Support in the execution of educational programs and workshops, including logistical arrangements and participant coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and operational challenges.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and GIA's latest standards and methodologies.
