We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Barista with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience who possess a strong understanding of health, hygiene, and precision, stemming from their pharmaceutical education. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a positive experience for our corporate employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency.

Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, drawing upon pharmaceutical knowledge to ensure a safe environment.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, placing orders as needed.

Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment, performing routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues when necessary.

Maintain a clean and orderly service area, including restocking supplies and wiping down surfaces.
