Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid and proposal process, from identifying opportunities to crafting compelling responses that align with our BPO service offerings. You will play a crucial role in helping us win new business and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential bidding opportunities within the BPO and call center industry, including government tenders, RFPs, and private sector solicitations.
- Analyze tender documents, auction requirements, and proposal requests to understand client needs, scope of work, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Draft, edit, and refine proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness, tailored to specific client requirements.
- Develop pricing strategies and cost models in conjunction with finance and sales teams.
- Manage the proposal submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain a database of past proposals, bid templates, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in proposal review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the bidding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in bidding and proposal management.
