Billing / Records - Electrical Equipment (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing / Records professional to join our growing team at Polycab India Limited in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 1-3 years of experience, looking to apply their analytical and organizational skills within the electrical equipment industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes and maintaining meticulous records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update billing records, customer accounts, and ledgers with a high degree of precision.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise, liaising with relevant departments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.
• Ensure all billing and record-keeping activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards, leveraging LLM knowledge.
• Manage and organize supporting documentation for all billing transactions.
• Support the finance and accounts team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
