Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth career assessments and provide personalized coaching sessions to employees at all levels.
- Develop and implement tailored career development plans, including skill gap analysis and training recommendations.
- Advise on career progression opportunities within the Pulp & Paper sector and the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and training programs on career management, leadership development, and personal branding.
- Utilize research methodologies and data analysis to inform career strategies and track employee development.
- Provide guidance on navigating career transitions, performance improvement, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align career development initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and build strong, trusting relationships with coachees.
