Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our engineering and construction solutions within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of sales principles, and a degree in BBA/BBM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned geographical area (Guwahati and surrounding regions).
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions for our engineering and construction services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
