Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and innovative UX Head with a strong foundation in user experience design and a recent M.Tech degree. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to make a significant impact within the Oil & Gas sector. You will be instrumental in shaping user-centric digital solutions for our critical operations, contributing to enhanced efficiency and data utilization. This position is based in Nasik.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand the needs of internal stakeholders and end-users in the Oil & Gas domain.
- Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to define and implement UX strategies.
- Design user flows and information architecture for complex data visualization tools and operational dashboards.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our digital offerings.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX design systems and guidelines.
- Assist in the evaluation of existing digital products for usability and accessibility issues.
