Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Executive to join our team at ITC Hotels, Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of culinary operations, event planning, and client relationship management, leveraging a background in advanced technological or engineering principles from an M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative catering strategies to meet diverse client needs and enhance profitability.
• Manage all operational aspects of catering events, from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to design menus, ensuring quality, presentation, and adherence to dietary requirements.
• Oversee event logistics, including staffing, equipment, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality throughout all catering operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and ensuring a seamless event experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
• Manage catering budgets, cost control, and inventory management effectively.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, often honed through M.Tech studies, to optimize operational efficiency and address challenges.
