Chief Design Officer (CDO) (Full-Time) | Vijayawada

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Design Officer (CDO) to lead our design initiatives and shape the user experience across all our platforms and services. This role is ideal for an emerging design leader with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to make a significant impact in the clinical research sector. You will be instrumental in translating complex scientific processes into intuitive and user-friendly designs, ensuring our clients and internal teams have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive design strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.

Lead the design of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our clinical research platforms, websites, and internal tools.

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and effective implementation.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Champion design thinking and best practices throughout the organization.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UX/UI field, particularly within the healthcare and clinical research industry.
