Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Informatics Specialist with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our growing team in Vijayawada. This role will be instrumental in leveraging clinical data to improve patient care, streamline research processes, and ensure data integrity within our biotechnology operations. You will work at the intersection of clinical practice, information technology, and data science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical informatics systems and databases.
- Extract, transform, and analyze clinical data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, ontologies, and terminologies to ensure data standardization and interoperability.
- Collaborate with clinical research teams, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Assist in the development and validation of clinical data management plans and protocols.
- Contribute to the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations for clinical data analysis and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and internal data governance policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on clinical informatics tools and processes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in clinical informatics and healthcare data analytics.
