Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of health conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.
- Manage and oversee the operational aspects of clinical services, including resource allocation and budget monitoring, utilizing B.Com knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing practice, healthcare policies, and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of corporate wellness programs tailored to employee needs.
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor for other nursing staff.
