Creative / Art Director

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Creative/Art Director to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with a unique blend of artistic vision and a scientific background, specifically an M.Pharma degree, who can translate complex financial concepts into compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative output of our marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with HDFC Bank's brand guidelines and business objectives in the BFSI sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Translate M.Pharma knowledge into creative concepts that can simplify and communicate complex financial products and services to diverse audiences.
- Oversee the design and execution of all marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, print materials, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a high standard of visual quality and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative direction and visual communication.
