CSR Manager

Role Summary:
Coromandel International Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Manager to lead and implement its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, particularly in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background (B.Tech/B.E.) and understanding of community development to drive impactful projects aligned with the company's sustainability goals and the needs of the agricultural communities we serve. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's CSR strategy and programs in alignment with national and international CSR guidelines and business objectives.
- Identify community needs and opportunities for intervention in areas such as rural development, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability, with a focus on agricultural communities.
- Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, preparing reports on progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR principles into business operations.
- Organize and facilitate community engagement events and awareness programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed CSR projects.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess project viability and recommend improvements.
