Data Entry / MIS - Gems & Jewellery (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry / MIS professional to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient data management, report generation, and maintaining MIS systems. This role requires a strong understanding of data processing and a commitment to data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Com graduate with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations within the dynamic Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from MIS systems for management review.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of MIS dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Liaise with different departments to gather and consolidate data.
- Perform data cleaning and validation tasks.
- Support the MIS team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare summaries and analyses of data as required.
