Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and business-minded Dermatologist to join our growing team in Noida. This unique role leverages your understanding of business administration and management to contribute to our occupational health and safety initiatives within the metals and mining sector. You will play a crucial role in assessing, preventing, and managing skin-related health issues arising from workplace exposures, while also contributing to strategic health program development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive dermatological assessments for employees, focusing on occupational skin diseases related to exposure to chemicals, dust, and other environmental factors in the mining and metals industry.

Develop and implement preventive strategies and health education programs to minimize the incidence of occupational skin conditions.

Analyze health data and trends to identify high-risk areas and propose evidence-based interventions.

Collaborate with HR and operations teams to integrate health and safety protocols into business processes.

Manage employee health records and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations.

Utilize your BBA/BBM knowledge to contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for health programs.

Provide expert advice on the procurement of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for skin protection.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and occupational health relevant to the industry.
