Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise & B2B Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and sales quotas.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry, focusing on enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor information.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
