Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership within our Nasik operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive offices and facilitating efficient communication and workflow. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts degree and 6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of corporate environments and exceptional professional acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including venue booking, catering, and material preparation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries for executive review.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and expense reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
