Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Facility Management professional with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to oversee and manage the operational aspects of our facilities in Surat. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and their application in managing operational budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation within a large-scale manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in facility operations, with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage operational budgets for facility maintenance, utilities, and services, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Oversee procurement processes for facility-related goods and services, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring, leveraging M.Com knowledge for financial due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and catering services.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless facility operations and timely project completion.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Analyze facility usage data and operational costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, budget utilization, and operational efficiency for senior management.
