FEA Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FEA Engineer to join our growing team in Vijayawada. You will be responsible for assisting in the analysis and simulation of various engineering components and systems using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software under the guidance of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and running FEA simulations for mechanical components and assemblies.
- Pre-process input data, including geometry cleanup and mesh generation, using FEA software.
- Post-process simulation results to identify stress, strain, displacement, and other critical parameters.
- Document simulation procedures, results, and findings accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand project requirements and simulation objectives.
- Learn and apply FEA best practices and methodologies.
- Support in the validation of simulation models with experimental data where applicable.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure the accuracy of simulation setups and results.
- Develop a foundational understanding of material properties and their impact on simulations.
- Contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
