Finance - Other - Facility Management Services (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Finance professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role will focus on various financial operations within our Facility Management Services division. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong understanding of financial principles and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure operational efficiency. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, combined with financial acumen, will be advantageous for data-driven insights and system-based financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.

Support budgeting processes and monitor budget adherence.

Develop and maintain financial models and databases, utilizing MCA skills for data integrity and advanced analysis.

Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.

Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
