Fitter / Turner

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter / Turner with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in precision machining, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical components and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of manufactured parts and machinery, contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand machining requirements.
- Set up, operate, and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills to produce precision metal parts.
- Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
