Flight Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flight Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team in Thane. As a Flight Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of innovative aviation solutions within the infrastructure and transport sectors. Your B.Des degree will be instrumental in bringing a user-centric and aesthetic approach to complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including aerospace engineers, product designers, and project managers, to define requirements and design specifications for flight systems.

Apply principles of industrial design and ergonomics to optimize the user interface and experience of flight control systems and cabin interiors.

Develop and execute test plans for flight hardware and software, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Analyze flight data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Create detailed technical documentation, including design proposals, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

Contribute to the conceptualization and prototyping of new aviation technologies and infrastructure integration.

Ensure that design decisions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
