Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 6 years of experience to join our Food, Beverage & Hospitality team in Chennai. This role involves leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, data management, and strategic decision-making within our beverage operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing IT solutions that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and databases to support beverage production, supply chain, and sales operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT solutions.
- Implement and manage IT systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for technological improvement and automation.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on various IT platforms and applications.
- Develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the Food, Beverage, and Hospitality sector.
